Lead the end-to-end experience design for our client and adviser-facing applications. You will turn complex investment workflows and analytics into intuitive, elegant interfaces that make risk, performance, and planning data easy to understand for non-technical users.

Responsibilities

  • Own UX for core flows: onboarding, portfolio analytics, reporting, and digital client reviews
  • Translate business, compliance, and technical requirements into simple, human-centered experiences
  • Create journey maps, wireframes, high-fidelity mocks, and interactive prototypes in Figma
  • Collaborate with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation and pixel-level polish
  • Contribute to and evolve a shared design system (components, patterns, accessibility guidelines, documentation)
  • Instrument UX with metrics (task success, time-on-task, NPS/CSAT) and iterate based on qualitative and quantitative feedback

Requirements

  • 4+ years designing B2B SaaS products; fintech, data-heavy dashboards, or wealth-tech a strong plus
  • Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product work (research, flows, wireframes, visual design, prototypes)
  • Expertise with Figma (components, auto-layout, design systems); motion/interaction design a plus
  • Comfort working with design tokens and collaborating closely with front-end engineers
  • Experience running lightweight user discovery and usability testing with internal and external users
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to articulate trade-offs and defend design decisions with data
