Support portfolio construction, trade execution, and performance attribution for discretionary and model-based strategies. Ideal for candidates with a solid operations background who want to grow into a portfolio-manager or investment-consultant track.

Responsibilities

  • Generate daily cash & drift reports; prepare trade files for execution
  • Rebalance model portfolios using tax-aware best-execution workflows
  • Produce monthly performance and attribution packages for clients
  • Assist advisers in proposal generation and client review decks
  • Maintain portfolio compliance rules and exception monitoring
  • Contribute to manager due-diligence memos and market commentary

Requirements

  • 3+ years in portfolio analytics, trade support, or performance measurement
  • Strong Excel (Power Query) and Python skills; familiarity with SQL a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Math, or related field
  • Series 65 (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
  • Experience with platforms such as Orion, Black Diamond, or Addepar
  • Meticulous attention to detail and client-service mindset
