Oversee the operational backbone of our insurance and risk-planning workflows, from case setup through policy issue and ongoing service. You will coordinate with advisors, carriers, and client service teams to keep applications, underwriting requirements, and policy records accurate, compliant, and on schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end insurance case processing from intake through policy delivery
  • Track underwriting requirements, carrier status updates, and outstanding client documentation
  • Reconcile policy records, case notes, and service requests for accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain SOPs, templates, and service calendars for renewals, reviews, and follow-up tasks
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for carrier teams and case escalations
  • Partner with advisors and client service to improve turnaround time and client experience

Requirements

  • 3+ years in insurance operations, case management, underwriting support, or policy administration
  • Working knowledge of life, disability, annuity, or long-term care insurance workflows
  • Experience with carrier portals, e-applications, CRM systems, and document-management tools
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort handling regulated client and policy data
  • Ability to manage multiple in-flight cases and follow-ups across carriers
  • State insurance license or willingness to obtain within 12 months preferred
