Own the post-sale customer journey — from white-glove onboarding to renewals and growth. You will be the primary advocate for a portfolio of HNW and institutional clients, ensuring they maximise the value of our platform and advisory services.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding, hitting time-to-value and adoption KPIs
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and surface upsell opportunities
  • Capture product feedback; liaise with engineering and research teams
  • Create knowledge-base articles and host client-training webinars
  • Track usage data, churn signals, and report on client-health metrics
  • Champion a culture of client empathy across the firm

Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer success, wealth-management operations, or fintech SaaS
  • Stellar communication & presentation skills with executive audiences
  • Project-management chops (Asana/Jira) for coordinating cross-functional tasks
  • Familiarity with investment statements and performance reporting
  • Experience tracking NPS/CSAT and building health-scoring models
  • FINRA Series 65 or willingness to obtain within 12 months
